What We Do

Southern California Cannabis Chamber of Commerce [SC4] is a nonprofit (501 c6) non profit chamber of commerce consisting of businesses in Southern California concerned with cannabis business policies at the state, and local levels of government.

Our Mission

SC4 seeks to educate lawmakers, regulators, and employers on cannabis policies and compliance through policy committees, business roundtables, and publications that are distributed to licensees and the businesses that provide goods and services to the Cannabis Industry across our service area of Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties.

Patient Advocacy

While SC4 caters mainly to individuals and businesses involved in the commercial aspect of the cannabis industry, we are all extremely concerned with the quality of life issues associated with our most vulnerable groups of medical patients in Southern California. This is why our organization REQUIRES significant monetary or in-kind donations from our members to charitable causes associated with patients who are children, veterans, or senior citizens.

Industry Business Development

With the passage of MMRSA (now MCRSA) in 2015, The State of California finally embraced the strict regulatory framework required by the US DOJ’s Cole Memo regarding federal intervention into the cannabis industry. SC4 recognizes this challenge, and as such our organization is prioritizing on improvement the business practices and community relations for all of our members.
